Learn to Train
The objective of Learn to Train is to learn a wide range of foundation skills.
Ensure the athletes environment promotes and supports fun and friendship. Consider individuals’ variations in physical, psychological, cognitive, emotional, and moral development. Introduce warm up/cool down, nutrition, hydration, and recovery including sleep and mental preparation such as anxiety control.
The Learn to Train program is for athletes ages under 9 to under 12. The divisions within the program are as follows:

U10 boys born between 2014-2015

U10 girls born between 2014-2015

U12 boys born between 2012-2013

U12 girls born between 2013-2013
The U10 division play 7v7 format.
The U12 division play 9v9 format.
All sessions are once per week, approximately 1 hour.
Registration includes a full uniform (jersey, shorts, socks) Soccer cleats and shin pads are required.
