OUTDOOR REGISTRATION OPENS  FEBRUARY 3rd AT 9AM!

All registrations MUST be completed on line.
**spaces are limited and age groups close automatically as they fill up.
Upon registering, children are placed in the appropriate age group based on the year they were born; no experience is needed. 
Soccer take place once a week only, there are no practices 
Player requests are not accepted; however, siblings in the same age group will be placed together
Soccer takes place at Cowan Park Sportsplex, located at 895 Ridgewood Drive in Woodstock
All youth players receive a 3-piece uniform
Players must supply their own shin pads and soccer cleats

 COST: $235  per player in all age groups

Email updates from the office, will be sent out as the season start gets closer.
Coaches will reach out to all players with schedule and uniform information,  the week of MAY 20th.

WAITING LIST

As age groups fill up and no spots are left, a waitlist is automatically offered.  Be sure to complete the registration if you wish to add your child to the wait list.

The waitlist is NOT A GUARANTEE that you will get a spot.

If a space becomes available you will be contacted by email.

When the age group you are looking for is FULL that means capacity has been reached. Capacity is the maximum numbers of teams, players and fields that we can accommodate at a given time.
 
Planning is required constantly though out the year. Uniform orders, sponsorships, co-ordination of nights of play and field availability are all part of the constant planning ensuring the over 1500  participants in youth and adult recreational and youth and adult competitive programs, all have fair access and use of the shared facilities we use.   We have identified our capacities and allowed for every scenario, long before registration opens.

Financial Aid information

IF you are applying for JUMPSTART, financial assistance or require a payment arrangement YOU MUST COMPLETE  THE ON LINE REGISTRATION FIRST,  to the CHECKOUT section. THEN email  Wendy as soon as possible at the office, to confirm availability and finalize a spot for your child.  wendy.gravel@woodstocksoccer.com
